Job summary

ProAmpac in Wisconsin seeks an experienced Plant Controller to lead the accounting and FP&A functions for a major manufacturing site. You will drive financial excellence, support strategic operational initiatives, and provide strong financial guidance to plant leadership.

The role covers close processes, GL management, cost accounting, budgeting, and critical analytical projects to enable informed decision making at site level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 10 years of financial management in a manufacturing organization.
• Proven leadership and management experience.
• Experience with cost accounting, budgeting, and the general ledger.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial policies, practices and procedures that have significant impact on the site.
• Analyze financial data and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to senior leadership.
• Provide FP&A support to site leadership and drive financial excellence.
• Align department strategy with organizational goals.
• Strengthen internal communications around financial goals at all levels.
• Assist plant manager in managing inventory working capital and continuous improvements.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly consolidated reports and ad hoc analyses for decision making.
• Coordinate all audit activity.
• Other duties as assigned.
