Job summary

ProAmpac in Neenah, WI seeks an experienced Plant Controller to lead accounting and FP&A for a major manufacturing site with $100M+ revenue. You will partner with plant leadership to drive financial excellence and support strategic operational initiatives.

Responsibilities include close processes, general ledger, cost accounting, budgeting, inventory working capital management, and analytics to provide timely financial reporting and actionable insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and 10+ years of financial management experience in manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and ability to drive financial excellence with site leadership.
• Strong budgeting, cost accounting and audit coordination experience.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and FP&A functions for a $100M+ revenue site.
• Oversee close processes, GL management, cost accounting and budgeting.
• Drive inventory working capital improvements and cost-margin initiatives.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and analyses for senior leadership.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure financial controls.
