Job summary

ProAmpac seeks an experienced Plant Controller to lead the accounting and FP&A functions for a high‑volume manufacturing site generating $100M+ in revenue. You will partner with plant leadership to drive financial excellence, manage close processes, budgeting, and cost accounting, and provide strategic financial guidance.

You will oversee monthly/quarterly reporting, audits, and material margin improvements, while aligning departmental goals with overall corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 10 years of financial management in a manufacturing organization.
• Proven and effective leadership and management skills.
• Solid experience in manufacturing cost control, budgeting, and general ledger.
• Experience coordinating audit activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and FP&A for a $100M+ site.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements and reports.
• Drive inventory working capital improvements.
