Job summary

ProAmpac in Wisconsin seeks an experienced Plant Controller to lead accounting and FP&A for a $100M+ site. You will partner with plant leadership to drive financial excellence, support strategic initiatives, and provide strong financial guidance.

Responsibilities include month-end close, GL management, cost accounting, budgeting, inventory working capital, and ad hoc analyses to enable decision making for effective operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 10 years of financial management experience in manufacturing.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Experience with plant leadership to drive financial excellence and cost management.
• Experience managing reporting, budgeting, general ledger and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and FP&A at a large manufacturing site.
• Oversee month-end close, general ledger, budgeting, and variance analyses.
• Drive cost accounting improvements and inventory working capital.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and ad hoc analyses for decision making.
• Coordinate internal and external audit activities.
• Communicate financial status to senior leadership.
