Job summary

ProAmpac seeks an experienced Plant Controller to lead accounting and FP&A for a large manufacturing site in Wisconsin. You will partner with site leadership to drive financial excellence, manage close processes, budgeting, cost accounting, and provide strategic financial guidance.

You will oversee GAAP reporting, inventory working capital, audits, and analytics to support operational improvements and profitability at the site.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management in a manufacturing environment.
Proven and effective leadership and management skills.
Solid experience with reporting, budgeting, general ledger and audits.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop financial policies and procedures with significant site impact.
Analyze financial data and present timely reports; communicate site and consolidated statements.
Provide FP&A support to site leadership and drive financial excellence.
Align department strategy with organizational goals.
Strengthen internal communications around financial goals at all levels.
Support inventory working capital management and cost improvements.
Oversee monthly/quarterly consolidated reporting and ad hoc analyses.
Coordinate all audit activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
