Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking an experienced Plant Controller to lead the accounting and FP&A functions for one of our largest manufacturing sites with $100M+ revenue. You will partner with plant leadership to drive financial excellence, support strategic initiatives, and provide strong financial guidance across close, GL, cost accounting, budgeting, and inventory working capital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required).
• 10+ years of financial management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Experience in reporting, budgeting, general ledger, and audit coordination.
• Ability to communicate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and FP&A functions for a $100M+ site.
• Close processes, GL management, and cost accounting oversight.
• Develop and manage budgets, revenue and cost analyses, and working capital.
• Provide financial guidance and strategic support to plant leadership.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and prepare supplemental reports.
