ProAmpac is seeking an experienced Plant Controller to lead accounting and FP&A for a high-revenue manufacturing site. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Financial Management in a manufacturing organization.
• Proven and effective leadership and management skills.
• Solid experience in manufacturing environment and collaborating with plant leadership to drive financial excellence.
• Experience managing reporting, budgeting, general ledger, and coordinating audits.
• Analytical thinking; ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of financial and accounting reporting systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, Teams and Outlook.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and FP&A functions for a major manufacturing site (>$100M revenue).
• Drive monthly/quarterly/annual close processes and consolidated reporting.
• Oversee cost accounting, budgeting, and inventory working capital management.
• Provide financial guidance to plant leadership and partner on strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate internal audits and external audit activities.
• Ensure strong internal controls and policy adherence across the site.
