ProAmpac in Menasha, WI seeks an experienced Plant Controller to lead accounting and FP&A for a $100M+ site. You will partner with plant leadership to drive financial excellence, manage close processes, cost accounting, budgeting, and reporting to senior management.

The role requires a strong track record in manufacturing finance, proficiency with GL, audits, and financial systems, plus excellent communication and leadership to align actionable insights with operational goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 10 years of experience in financial management in a manufacturing environment.
Proven leadership and management skills.
Experience with reporting, budgeting, GL, and coordinating audits.
Strong analytical and communication abilities.
Solid knowledge of financial reporting systems and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Develop financial policies and procedures impacting the site.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to senior leadership.
Lead accounting and FP&A support for the site leadership team.
Drive inventory working capital improvements and cost optimization.
Coordinate all audit activities and ensure internal controls.
