Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises an effective team, including staffing, meetings, performance appraisals, and attendance.
• Provides feedback and maintains documentation for disciplinary actions.
• Directs training and orientation to ensure EHS rules are followed and policies understood.
• Schedules production and work teams; reviews reports and resolves issues to minimize costs and delays.
• Promotes EHS and continuous improvement initiatives and ensures compliance with policies.
