Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 3 years leadership experience supervising maintenance/skilled trades teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervises an effective team with planning, meetings, performance appraisals, staffing, vacations, overtime and leave management.
• Provides feedback and maintains documentation for disciplinary actions.
• Directs training and orientation to ensure safety and policy compliance.
• Maintains compliance with the collective bargaining agreement and interfaces with union officials.
• Schedules production and work teams and reviews reports to resolve issues and avoid delays.
• Inspects machines and equipment for performance and utilization; promotes EHS and continuous improvement.
