The role emphasizes safety, EHS adherence, employee engagement, and collaboration with management, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues and sustain continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 5 years of people leadership experience; 2 within a manufacturing environment.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement new methods and procedures to improve operations and reduce costs.
• Deploy ABS and EHS improvements across shifts, focusing on employee engagement.
• Supervise a team; plan meetings, conduct performance appraisals, manage staffing, and develop staff.
• Provide feedback and maintain documentation for disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate with management, engineering, and quality control to resolve maintenance issues and improve operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
