Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and motivate the manufacturing workforce to meet quality, safety, and scheduling goals.
• Plan daily production and coordinate with planning and execution teams.
• Provide performance feedback and conduct performance appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with EHS rules and the collective bargaining agreement.
• Schedule production and manage staffing, vacations, overtime, and leaves.
