Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or lab environment preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates a lab test team; leads meetings and performance appraisals; manages staffing (vacations, overtime, leaves) and development.
• Provides constructive feedback and maintains documentation for disciplinary actions.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and EH&S rules.
• Directs training and orientation to ensure safety and policy understanding; improves performance and productivity.
• Schedules production and assigns work; communicates status to production facilities.
• Serves as primary point of contact for HRC facility on 3rd shift; handles work orders and equipment needs.”
• Conducts EH&S and Quality audits; promotes continuous improvement and safety culture.
• Gains deep understanding of operational processes and safety protocols; builds rapport with employees.
• Inspects machines and equipment to ensure performance and optimal utilization.
