Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a single store, owning and executing start-to-finish tasks such as planograms, signage, and price changes. You will support merchandise and fixture assembly and maintain all signage, while delivering legendary customer service to customers and teammates.

Responsibilities include completing planograms, store layouts, and price updates; interacting with customers; and following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or merchandising is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and store layouts accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including price changes and circulars.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service when interacting with customers in-store.
