Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in one store, owning end-to-end tasks like planograms, signage, price changes, and fixture assembly. You will assist customers and teammates while delivering legendary service and maintaining planogram integrity.

You must be available for flexible shifts, communicate with the FAST Supervisor and Store Operations, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting ability is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service to customers in stores.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
