Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in-store, owning and executing planograms, signage, and price changes. You will assist with merchandise assembly and fixture setup while delivering legendary customer service to shoppers.

Flexibility for varied shifts and strong communication with store leadership are essential as you help maintain store standards and support team members across operations.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Planograms and resets completed accurately and on time.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet customers first.
