Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative in Lebanon, Indiana. The role handles member greetings, sign-ups, and inquiries, while promoting fitness programs and maintaining a clean club environment.

Starting pay is $12 per hour with scheduled weekend shifts (Sat 6:45am-1pm or 1pm-7pm) and progressive increases at set anniversaries. Benefits include PTO, EAP, and free Black Card membership, with potential for career growth.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required or preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
