Job summary

Planet Fitness in the United States is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior member experience across frontline tasks, including greeting members, processing sign-ups, answering questions, and keeping the club clean and safe. The role offers starting pay at $12 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every six months after the first year.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to use a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones, greet members, sign up new members, and log amenities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness classes to current and prospective members and maintain a clean club environment.
