Planet Fitness is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Rock Hill, SC. The role focuses on delivering a premium, judgement-free member experience and handling sign-ups, questions, and transactions with a positive, welcoming attitude.

Shifts run Monday–Friday from 4:45am to 12:00pm with flexible weekend coverage. Must be 18+, with basic computer skills and a strong service mindset. Benefits include PTO, 401K, and health options.

• Answer phones cheerfully and log member sign-ups and tours.
• Process purchases at the point of sale and promote fitness programs.
• Keep the club clean, sanitized, and safe for all.
