Job summary

Planet Fitness in Rock Hill, SC seeks a Customer Service Representative for part-time shifts from 4:45am to 10:00am with flexible weekday/weekend coverage. Starting pay $11/hour with regular increases and a clear path for growth. Benefits include PTO, EAP, and a complimentary Black Card membership.

You will greet members, answer questions, process sign-ups, and promote fitness classes while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks with a friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones politely and greet members at the desk.
• Assist with sign-ups, tours, and club amenities log-ins.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases via POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new sign-ups.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
