Planet Fitness in Maryland is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to greet members and guests, answer questions, sign up new members, and log amenities, all while delivering a judgment-free experience.

You will handle phones, process merchandise purchases at the POS, promote fitness classes, and maintain a clean, safe club environment; part-time shifts include weekend availability and incremental pay raises over time.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Able to greet members and answer questions professionally.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to perform physical tasks.
