Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative in Reading, PA. You will provide a high level of customer service to members and guests, answer phones, greet and sign up new members, and help maintain a clean, safe club environment.

The role offers growth opportunities, weekend availability, and a starting wage of $11 per hour with progressive increases over time. A friendly, team-oriented approach is essential.

• Prior customer service experience.
• Able to communicate clearly in person and on the phone.
• Friendly attitude and willingness to help others.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, safe club environment.
