National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Rock Hill, SC. The role offers a starting wage of $12 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year, contingent on anniversary dates.

• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote fitness instruction classes to active and new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment

Full Time: Starting at $12 per hour with increases every 180 Days! Weekly Flexible Scheduling: Monday thru Friday 4:45am-12:00pm // Weekday Flex Shifts as Needed // Saturday thru Sunday Flex Shifts as Needed Open Availability Required Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
