Job summary

National Fitness Partners in Westfield, IN is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members, answer questions, and process transactions at the club desk. This full-time role starts at $12 per hour with two schedule options and regular pay increases based on anniversary dates.

You'll deliver friendly service, promote fitness classes, maintain a clean environment, and help members log amenities while supporting a welcoming, high-energy gym culture.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job Location: L181 Westfield IN - Westfield, IN 46074, Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Schedule Options

• Schedule Option A : Monday - Friday (4:45 am - 12:45 pm)
• Schedule Option B : Monday - Thursday (3 pm - 11 pm, Friday 1 pm - 9 pm)

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
