Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional, Judgement Free member experience. You will engage with members and guests, answer questions, handle sign-ups, and promote fitness programs in a busy gym setting.

Responsibilities include greeting and guiding new members, processing POS transactions, and maintaining a clean, safe club environment while providing friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
