Job summary

National Fitness Partners is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Woodlyn club in Pennsylvania. The role involves answering phones, greeting and signing up members, handling questions, processing purchases at the POS, and promoting fitness classes. A clean, safe environment and a positive attitude are essential.

We offer entry-level opportunity with schedule-based raises and benefits; candidates must be 18+, have basic computer skills, and a high school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required or preferred.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness classes to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job Location: L124 Woodlyn - Woodlyn, PA 19094, Job Shift: First Shift, Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Tuesday And Thursday 4:45AM-12:45PM Friday and Wednesday 6:00AM-2:00PM

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
