Job summary

National Fitness Partners, a Planet Fitness franchise, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in New Castle, IN to greet members, answer questions, and sign up new members at the club.

You will handle phone inquiries, process purchases, and help maintain a welcoming, clean environment while supporting a team focused on helping people transform their lives.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older; basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely, professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the point of sale.
• Promote fitness classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.

Job Location: L215 New Castle - New Castle, IN 47362-4950

Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Schedule Option A: Monday - Friday (4:45 AM - 12:45 PM)

Schedule Option B: Monday - Friday (4:45 AM - 11:00 AM)

Schedule Option C: Monday - Thursday (3:00 PM - 11:15 PM) and Friday (3:00 PM - 9:15 PM)

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
