Job summary

Planet Fitness is hiring a Customer Service Representative to greet members, assist with signups and tours, log amenities, and process purchases at the POS.

You will promote fitness classes, answer questions, and maintain a clean, welcoming club environment for a Judgement Free experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and greet new members.
• Sign up and tour new members, log amenities, and process purchases at the POS.
• Promote fitness classes to members and new signups.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized club environment.

Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour.
