Job summary

Community College of Allegheny County is seeking a Placement Testing Center Assistant for a temporary role. This position involves overseeing the testing center and ensuring smooth operations during posted hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years prior student service or customer service experience.
• Ability to work with students of all abilities.
• Experience in a higher education or testing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all placement testing center activities.
• Assist with testing schedule coordination.
• Communicate testing schedule changes.
• Act as the primary proctor at the testing site.
• Provide administrative support in the reception area.
