Job summary

Community College of Baltimore County (CCBC) is seeking a part-time Testing Center Assistant to provide administrative support in the Testing Center. The role involves greeting students, scheduling tests, verifying identities, and preparing test materials across CCBC campuses (Essex, Catonsville, Dundalk, and Owings Mills).

Evening and weekend availability is strongly preferred, with on-site training provided.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an accredited college.
• Two years of part-time clerical or in-office customer service experience.
• Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass proctor certification assessments within 60 days of hire; on-site training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet inquiries from students and visitors (in-person, email or phone).
• Schedule and record attendance; verify identity and explain test rules.
• Prepare and secure test materials for return to the designated party.
