Job summary

The Community College of Allegheny County is looking for a Placement Testing Center Assistant to oversee testing operations and provide key administrative support. This position is temporary and part-time, consisting of a 25-hour workweek with the option for medical benefits at full employee cost.

Key responsibilities include coordinating testing schedules, maintaining test integrity, and providing excellent service to students and customers. Candidates must have a high school diploma and prior customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years previous student service or customer service experience.
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all placement testing center activities.
• Act as the primary proctor at designated testing sites.
• Provide excellent student and customer service.
