Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe or local/state food safety certification preferred.
• Shift lead experience in a restaurant is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work long hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and work areas to ensure high quality products and customer service.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices.
