Job summary

Papa John’s USA, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and areas of the restaurant, ensuring high quality products and customer service. You’ll help execute company policies, maintain compliance with laws, and drive profitability while leading a dedicated team.

You will manage staffing, cash, inventory and uphold standards for food safety, sanitation, and guest experience in a fast-paced environment. Previous lead experience is a plus; training provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work long hours including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform duties of all restaurant positions.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines for each station including dough management, accuracy and portioning.
• Performs assigned duties such as making quality products and following procedures.
• Contributes to achieving product goals and customer satisfaction.
• Ensures shift coverage and provides immediate feedback to issues.
• Maintains product quality, customer service and cost controls within standards.
• Manages cash and assists with inventory using company systems.
