Job summary

Papa John's is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and ensure high quality pizzas and service. You will help manage station duties, ensure adherence to recipes, and support the restaurant's profitability and safety standards.

You will lead a team, schedule coverage, monitor food quality and labor costs, and act as a bridge between team members and management while maintaining a positive, customer-focused environment across nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station, including dough management, accurate portioning, and product quality.
• Contributes to achieving the restaurant's product goals and minimizes customer complaints.
• Maintains shift coverage, provides feedback, and ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manages cash, inventory levels, and labor costs to support profitability and efficiency.
