Job summary

MOD Pizza, Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations, train new hires, and uphold MOD standards across shifts. You’ll guide the squad, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive smooth daily operations with a strong focus on safety and service quality.

You’ll support deployment, handle cash, and participate in inventory and order placement. The role requires 1+ year in customer service, leadership ability, and flexible hours to meet peak demand.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated success as a mentor, trainer, or informal leader.
• Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and follow processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires and program rollouts.
• Ensure squad is deployed correctly and daily operations run smoothly.
• Maintain food safety and MOD standards in Back of House and Front of House.
• Address guest and squad concerns, escalating to the GM as needed.
• Manage cash handling within the shift and assist with orders and inventory.
