Papa John’s USA, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and kitchen stations, ensuring high‑quality pizzas and excellent customer service. You’ll manage operations, controls, and adherence to company policies, while supporting profitability using the FOCUS system.

You’ll oversee team performance, handle cash management, scheduling and inventory, and ensure safety and quality standards in a fast‑paced environment. This role offers growth in a pizza‑driven setting.

Formación

• Experience supervising shifts in a quick-service restaurant.
• Ability to maintain high quality food and customer service.
• Knowledge of cash handling and basic inventory management.
• Familiarity with safety, security and company policies.

Responsabilidades

• Adheres to guidelines for each station including dough management, portioning and quality control.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and manages team performance.
• Executes cash management duties and supports inventory management.
• Maintains product quality, customer service and compliance with TM handbook.
