Job summary

Papa John’s USA, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and work areas, ensuring high quality products and customer service while supporting restaurant profitability.

You will manage operations in alignment with company policies, procedures, programs, and compliance with laws and ethical practices. Responsibilities include maintaining product quality, overseeing shift coverage, and utilizing systems to support inventory control and cost management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to station guidelines and expectations for dough management, accuracy and portioning.
• Performs duties at each station, produces quality products and follows procedures.
• Contributes to achieving the company’s product goals.
• Maintains customer satisfaction by meeting restaurant needs.
• Follows policies outlined in the TM handbook and maintains safety and security.
