Job summary

Responsibilities include managing stations, ensuring accurate food preparation, keeping costs in line, maintaining safety and cleanliness, and supporting inventory and cash management using company guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning.
• Performs assigned workstation duties such as making quality products and follows all product preparation procedures.
• Contributes to achieving the Company's product goals and meets customer needs; handles cash and inventory per guidelines.
• Maintains shift coverage, ensures safety and cleanliness, and supports cost controls and profitability.
