Papa John's USA, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and work areas in our Jefferson City restaurant to ensure high quality products and customer service that support restaurant profitability.

The position involves managing daily operations, executing company policies, ensuring compliance with laws, and maintaining food safety, cost control, and staff coverage. Experience in fast‑food leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work long hours including nights and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Adheres to guidelines for each station including dough management and proper portioning.
• Performs assigned work station duties such as making quality products and following procedures.
• Contributes to achieving the Company’s product goals.
• Maintains customer service and responds to customer needs.
• Follows policies in the TM handbook including attendance, safety and security.
• Ensures shift coverage for the restaurant and provides feedback when needed.
• Maintains product quality, cost controls, and restaurant cleanliness.
• Helps meet profit goals by managing costs within guidelines.
