You will oversee daily operations and enforce company policies and systems, while complying with applicable laws. The role includes managing stations such as dough handling and product preparation, maintaining quality and proper holding times.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including, but not limited to, dough management, accuracy and proper portioning.
• Performs assigned work station duties such as making quality products, follows all product preparations procedures and maintains established product holding times.
• Contributes to achieving the Company’s product goal and meets the needs of customers with responsive service.
• Executes cash management duties and supports inventory levels using company systems to minimize loss.
• Maintains product quality, customer service, and performance standards including safety, cleanliness and labor costs.
