Mattenga's Pizzeria Alamo Ranch is seeking a hands-on Manager (Captain) to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and uphold exceptional food quality and service. You will balance hospitality with operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

You will drive guest satisfaction, manage labor and inventory, train teams, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant or hospitality management experience.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening and closing?
• Maintain cleanliness and organization across the venue.
• Experience managing labor, food costs, and inventories.
