Mattenga's Pizzeria Sea World in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a Shift Lead to ensure smooth daily operations during assigned shifts. You will oversee team performance, uphold high standards for food quality and customer service, and provide confident leadership to foster a positive work environment.

The role balances hands-on duties with team management to drive success through effective delegation, training, and problem solving while maintaining Texas hospitality.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills to motivate and manage a team.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze situations and implement solutions.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality.
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Food Handler or Food Manager certification.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily shift operations, including opening, closing, and shift transitions.
• Maintain food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management.
• Ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered promptly.
• Guide and support team members during the shift and train new employees.
• Address minor performance or customer issues in real time.
