MOD SUPER FAST PIZZA, LLC. is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Prescott Valley, AZ. You will lead restaurant operations during shifts, train new hires, and uphold MOD standards to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will guide the squad, provide feedback, and ensure smooth daily operations with a strong emphasis on safety and service. This role demands leadership, reliability, and the ability to manage time and tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or restaurant experience.
• Proven ability to mentor, train or lead others.
• Ability to prioritize and make decisions.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to follow processes and coach others.
• Calming presence during high volume periods.
• Food safety and/or alcohol certification within 30 days of start date (as required by law).
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Ability to work at least 3 shifts and 18 hours per week, including peak hours.

Responsabilidades

• Lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts and support training for new hires and programs.
• Provide feedback and guidance to squad members and escalate issues to AM/GM as needed.
• Manage cash within the shift and handle refunds.
• Take inventory and place orders with GM support.
• Ensure opening/midday/closing checklists are followed and tools are used to meet requirements.
• Stay informed on updates from Slice and other sources for squad effectiveness.
