Flippers Pizza Co. is seeking a motivated team member to craft pizzas at our Brownwood, FL location. You will prepare dough from scratch, stretch pizzas by hand, and bake in our 600-degree brick ovens using all-natural ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Making and managing fresh dough—on-site and cold fermented for 48+ hours.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients per recipes with kitchen tools.
• Receive calls for delivery or takeout orders.
• Clean as you go.

Opportunity

This position is responsible for crafting the perfect pizza. You will make dough from scratch, hand stretch pizzas, use only all-natural ingredients, and bake in our 600 degree brick ovens.
