Flippers Pizza Co. in Windermere, FL is seeking team members to craft pizzas from scratch in our busy kitchen with 600-degree brick ovens. You will stretch dough, top pizzas, and bake to perfection, while maintaining cleanliness and pace.

Experience isn’t required—training is provided. We offer weekly pay, free pizza, uniforms, and opportunities for advancement in a fun, energetic setting with flexible day/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older to hand stretch pizzas.
• Must be 18 years or older to use mixer and food processor.
• Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Stretching, topping, and cooking pizza using Flippers methods.
• Making and managing fresh dough, made on-site and cold fermented for 48 hours.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to recipes with kitchen tools.
• Receive calls for delivery or takeout orders.
• Clean as you go.

This position is responsible for crafting the perfect pizza. You will make dough from scratch, hand stretch pizzas, use only all-natural ingredients, and bake in our 600 degree brick ovens.
