Responsibilities

• Adheres to station guidelines including dough management, accuracy and portioning.
• Performs duties at each station to ensure quality products and procedures are followed.
• Contributes to achieving the company’s product goals.
• Ensures customer needs are met and minimizes complaints.
• Follows TM handbook policies on image, attendance, safety and security.
• Maintains shift coverage and provides feedback to address issues.
• Manages inventory levels and cash handling within guidelines.
