Job summary

Papa John’s USA, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and work areas in our restaurant, ensuring high quality products and excellent customer service.

You will help manage operations, adhere to company policies, and drive profitability while upholding safety and ethical standards. The role requires a high school diploma or GED (Serv-Safe certification preferred) and availability for long hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform the duties of all restaurant positions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws and maintain safety standards.
• Manage shift coverage and cash handling.
