Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours) including nights, weekends, and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to station guidelines for dough management, accuracy and portioning.
• Performs workstation duties, produces quality products and follows prep procedures.
• Contributes to achieving the restaurant's product goals.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and corrects problems promptly.
• Maintains product quality and customer service within company standards.
