Job summary

Papa John's USA, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise shifts and oversee station operations, ensuring high-quality products and customer service while driving restaurant profitability.

Responsibilities include managing operations, enforcing company policies, and ensuring compliance with laws and ethical business practices. You will help with inventory, cash handling, and maintaining product quality across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Successful and stable employment history.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Ability to perform the duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines and expectations for each station including dough management and portioning.
• Performs station duties, makes quality products, follows prep procedures.
• Contributes to achieving the company’s product goals.
• Maintains customer service and responds to customer needs.
• Follows company policies including safety and attendance.
