Job summary

You will manage operations, enforce company policies and systems, and ensure compliance with laws and ethical practices across shifts. Experience in quick-service or restaurant leadership is preferred, with ability to work long hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Serv-Safe/State Local certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older; ability to work long hours, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and work areas to ensure quality products and customer service.
• Execute company policies, procedures and systems for restaurant profitability.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical practices.
• Maintain shift coverage and provide feedback to correct issues promptly.
• Assist in inventory and cash management to support cost controls.
